This is the beginning of your history.

On your wedding day, walk down the aisle as you also step back in time at the historic, award winning Peter Allen House.  The Home, dating back to 1726, is the oldest home in Dauphin County and is on the National and State Historic Registry.  This elegant mountain stone landmark has been graciously hosting weddings for over a decade.

Voted by Harrisburg Magazine for 10 years as the “Reader’s Choice” for the Best Outdoor Reception Site, the Peter Allen House can accommodate as few as 2 and as many as 275 guests.  The grounds boast handsome outdoor structures, including a carriage house, 2 story stone stable, timeless stone gazebo and a quaint honeymoon cottage.

Are you looking for an intimate space for a baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party or family gathering, the mansion at The Peter Allen House is the perfect space for all special occasions.
